What is your return policy?
At RedBird, we strive to provide excellent customer service to each person who purchases or receives a RedBird gift. If you have any questions or concerns about your order or your gift, please email us at hello@redbirdtime.com. At this time, due in part to factors related to COVID, we are not able to receive returns. If a product arrives damaged or broken, we will gladly provide a replacement of that item. We are not held liable for any packages lost due to customer error when inputting shipping addresses.
